R'Sin
This is my build for an R/A.. have been trying out variations for awhile and this comes out very practical in PvE and also works very well in alliance battles. Ranger primary is very fun for 'sins; expertise neutralizes the high energy cost of constantly stringing combos. This build in particular has a little more versatility, the attacks included can be run in two 3-hit combos or one 5-hit combo incorporating bleeding, knockdown, and poison. One slot for an elite - I find Escape helps in any situation. A nice long 75% evade if you're taking damage and a nice long speed to chase down fleeing enemies. 8th slot goes for rez sig, except for alliance battles - the fast rez mostly eliminates the advantages of a res sig so I throw in Return for another tactical edge.
